The firm of Martin A.
Benassi, AIA - Architect prepared complete construction
documents for the complete window replacement on Founders
Hall and the Annex. An historic structure located on the
green in Winsted, Connecticut the firm worked closely with
both local and state historic agencies to develop a
replacement window profile that would satisfy both energy
saving requirements while matching the building’s original
aesthetic detailing.
Scope of Work included:
New aluminum windows
New entrance doors
Replacement blinds
Miscellaneous interior finishes
