When the owners of Fleishman's Shopping
Plaza decided to expand and upgrade their facility, originally constructed in
1950, Martin A. Benassi, AIA - Architect was retained as a consultant to design
necessary renovations to the existing structure and add a two-story addition to
the property. A traditional architectural look was retained for the building to
appropriately blend with the shoreline community's New England appeal. Special
project features include: two-story addition for retail and office space;
restoration of the original canopy; restoration of the existing facade; site
improvements; new two-story entrance lobby; detailed woodwork at columns and
dormers. Total floor area, 34,000 square feet. |
