Window Replacement
Description:
The firm of Martin A. Benassi,
AIA - Architect prepared construction documents for the
complete window replacement on five apartment buildings
used for housing Yale students. Located off campus in
New Haven, Connecticut, the firm worked closely with both
the university and tenants to develop a schedule that would
create the least interference. A replacement window
profile was selected that would satisfy both energy saving
requirements while matching the building's original
aesthetic detailing while conforming to the necessary
security and code related issues.

- Air conditioners
- Masonry/sealant work
- Miscellaneous interior
