Description:
A ten-story office building which houses offices for the Department of Children & Families was having problems with moisture penetration through the curtain wall and masonry veneer.  The State of Connecticut's Department of Public Works retained the services of Martin A. Benassi, AIA - Architect to determine the exact cause of these leaks.  Architects from the firm inspected the exterior of the building and compiled a comprehensive report detailing the exact source of the leaks as well as recommendations for repair.
