Description:
The City of Middletown contracted with the firm of Martin A. Benassi, AIA - Architect to investigate and prepare a survey of the existing parapet on an elementary school.  The firm was later retained to provide full architectural services for the restoration project, including preparation of Contract Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration.  Also included in the project were related roof flashing, masonry cleaning and waterproofing, and replacement of damaged pre-cast units at the front entrances.  

Approximate cost:  $142,000
