Principal of an architectural firm offering a diverse range of professional design services:

    ●   Responsible for design, construction documents, project negotiation, contract preparation and administrative operations.
    ●   Liaison between technical disciplines and the architectural profession.
    ●   Consultant retained to prepare technical specifications and drawings for architects, engineers, realtors, developers, and private businesses throughout the United States and Canada.
    ●   Coordinator for a comprehensive national internship program serving the architectural profession.
    ●   Project Architect responsible for site investigations, design and preparation of bid documents for restoration and new construction work.
    ●   Consultant and expert witness on all matters relating to building roofing systems.

Practical experience totaling more than thirty years including time with firms in Ohio and Connecticut.  Project assignments included commercial, industrial, religious and residential.

Specialized experience includes:  assembly and layout of precast, prestressed concrete structures; on-site building investigations; problem solving of various high-rise curtain wall systems (including a 45-story commercial building in New York City); and project roof replacement on several historic landmarks throughout New England.
